With over 20 years of entrepreneurial experience and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from California State University, Northridge, she brings a rare blend of global perspective and sharp negotiation skills to every client relationship.

In 2025, Laila was appointed to the Board of Directors for Parliamentary Affairs with the National Association of Hispanic Real Estate Professionals (NAHREP), where she advocates for industry equity, champions policies that support wealth-building, and empowers diverse professionals to thrive.
