Laila has owned and operated multiple franchise businesses in Southern California - an achievement that reflects her strategic mindset, operational excellence, and relentless commitment to growth. With more than 20 years of experience as an entrepreneur and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from California State University, Northridge, she brings a refined global perspective, elevated market insight, and exceptional negotiation skills to every client experience.

In 2025, Laila was appointed to the Board of Directors for Parliamentary Affairs with the National Association of Hispanic Real Estate Professionals (NAHREP) – San Fernando Chapter.
